Mr. Monaheng Rasekoai (Managing Partner)

He joined the firm in May, 2009 and his membership to the firm is more than Twelve Years (12). On the 11^TH DECEMBER 2017, MR MONAHENG SEEISO RASEKOAI was enrolled as an attorney. He is the litigation specialist who for a period of more than Seventeen years was a member of the bar practicing as an advocate and in 2017 joined the side-bar as an attorney. Subsequent to enrollment as an attorney was promoted to Managing Partner of the firm. His alma mater is THE NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF LESOTHO where he obtained LLB degree, LLM degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Pension Studies, and Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance.

He is Former PRESIDENT OF THE LAW SOCIETY OF LESOTHO, Former VICE-PRESIDENT OF THE LAW SOCIETY OF LESOTHO. He is also a Former member of THE COUNCIL OF STATE. He boasts experience in corporate governance as a Board Member of Water and Sewage Company (WASCO) since 2017 to 2023 where he acted as its chairperson. He is currently the examiner of Attorney's Examinations for which he was appointed in the year 2019.

MR. Rasekoai has also been recently appointed a member of the PROCUREMENT TRIBUNAL, a position that he shall hold for a period of five (5) years, in which he shall be presiding over tender disputes brought before the Procurement Tribunal. He is also lecturing at the NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF LESOTHO on a part-time basis.

Mr. Moeketsi Rampai (Senior Partner)

MR RAMPAI boasts 15 (fifteen) years of experience in legal practice and in the first five years as a member of the bar (advocate) and the rest as of his professional years as a member as an Attorney. As the second most senior member of the firm, he is currently holding the position of Senior Partner. His alma mater is THE NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF LESOTHO and THE UNIVERSITY OF FREE STATE where he acquired his LLB degree and LLM (Law of Business Entities) respectively. He is a specialist in commercial litigation, including company law and corporate governance as he holds Master of Laws in Law of Business Entities. Mr Rampai has also recently obtained a Post-Graduate Diploma in Pension Studies from the NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF LESOTHO. Mr Rampai is currently Chairperson of Local Government Service Tribunal appointed in November 2023 for a term of five years to preside over employment disputes of local government service.

Mr. Piti Jonas Lebakeng (Junior Partner)

He is a skilled researcher in the firm and junior partner in the firm and he boasts more than 10 (ten) years’ experience as an advocate in the courts of law in the Kingdom of Lesotho. His alma mater is THE NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF LESOTHO where he attained his LLB degree. He joined the side-bar and consequently became admitted as an attorney in 2018. He is a Labour and Industrial relations specialist.  Mr Lebakeng has recently completed his Masters in Corporate Governance from the same University and is awaiting graduation.

Advocate Mpho Semano

(In-house Counsel)

Advocate Semano is an Associate and in-house Counsel of the firm. He obtained his LLB degree in 2022 from the NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF LESOTHO, graduated as the best student in intellectual property law. He was admitted as an Advocate of the Courts of Lesotho in the same year, temporarily served as a Legal officer of a Non- Governmental Organization called Patriot Vision in Action (PAVA), joined RARALE Attorneys and started practicing law in early 2023. He is currently pursuing his Masters in Pension Law at the University of Limpopo in REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA.

Mr. Stephanus Andreas Redelinghuys

(Consultant)

He is a consultant and an experienced Attorney based in Pretoria in the Republic of South Africa. He has a vast experience in commercial litigation having practiced in both in the Republic of South Africa and Lesotho. He has a B.Proc from the UNIVERSITY OF FREE STATE which he obtained in1982. MR REDELINGHUYS was admitted as Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 1983. In the same year he was also admitted as Attorney in the courts of Lesotho.  

From 1979-1982: MR REDELINGHUYS served as Articled Clerk at Israel & Sackstein, Bloemfontein. Between 2000-2003: he served as Management Consultant for international clothing manufacturer and distributor in Lesotho, Malawi, South Africa and Tanzania. Between 2003-2005, Between 2005–2007: He was a Management consultant for Danish company involved in property investment and development and Scottish company involved in windfarm establishment. From 2007 – 2009: he served as Chairman of board of directors of Finnish property investment company.  Between 2009–2013: He worked as Management consultant of JSE listed company involved with corporate reconstruction and development of mineral portfolio.

From January 2016, he has actively practiced as a Consultant with our firm to date and brings wealth of experience in commercial litigation.

Advocate Nyakallo Raletsosa (Legal Assistant)

Advocate Raletsosa is the only female professional staff member of the firm. She first joined the firm in September 2023 as an intern and has excelled in her work and has become an Associate of the firm from June 2025. Adv Raletsosa obtained her LLB degree in 2023 from the NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF LESOTHO. She is also an in-house Counsel on brief by the firm. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Commercial Law at the same University.

Advocate Katleho Ntlele (Legal Assistant)

Advocate Ntlele is an in-house Counsel of the firm stationed at the Polihali construction site to offer legal support to one of the firm’s clients involved in the construction of the LHDA PHASE II dam. He obtained his LLB degree in 2022 from the NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF LESOTHO. He has also enrolled for a Master’s degree with the same university to pursue a Master’s in Commercial Law.
